stand up paddleboard fitness class

Mix up your workout routine and go from bored to board with a 75-minute mind-body fitness class at Carlsbad Paddle Club. Celebrating its one-year anniversary this month, the waterfront studio incorporates a stand up paddleboard (SUP) into every class, from SUPilates to TRX suspension training, challenging muscles on another level and offering an extra kick to the core. “Our motto is fitness the Southern California way,” says owner and instructor Caitlyn Cantor. “People have gym memberships and are inside all the time, but here we know that having the wind and sunshine on your face makes a huge difference.”
