Electric Run 5K
Before a run, it’s important to warm up, stretch, and hydrate. But at San Diego’s first ever Electric Run 5K, there’s one more step you need to take: grab a glow stick. On February 2 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, dazzling light effects synchronized to music will accompany runners on a course equal parts disco party and concert. And all of that electricity isn’t for nothing; the race benefits the Boys and Girls Club of San Diego. It’s sure to be a de-light-ful event. (Yeah, we went there. We’re not sorry.)
